In early November, the New York Yankees parted ways with international scouting director Donny Rowland. The split ended Rowland’s 15-year tenure in the role and overall over 20-years with the Yankees organization.  The Yankees have suffered fallout since Rowland’s departure, although it will be unclear if any negative or positive affect will occur in the near future.
