New York Giants Co-owners Steve, Laurie and Jonathan Tisch have requested to transfer their stakes in the team to their children’s trusts, according to an NFL memo.

The move is subject to approval by the league’s finance committee, the memo shows. If approved, Steve, Laurie and Tisch would “no longer own any interest in the Giants,” in what will be one of the biggest organizational shakeups in New York Giants history.

Prior transfers were completed pursuant to 2023 and 2024 Finance Committee approvals.

The memo, which is dated March 11th, has all three co-owners transferring the entire remaining interests to the trusts, which totals 23.1% of the team. By this, all three will no-longer own any interest with the New York Giants if this ownership transfer is approved.

According to people with direct knowledge of the requested transfer, the move was part of normal succession planning.
