It was announced that New York Jets QB1 Zach Wilson will miss 2-4 weeks with a leg injury. This comes after Wilson fell and limped off the field to the Jets locker room the night prior in a preseason game against the Eagles. It was first thought that the sophomore QB suffered a torn ACL, but an MRI later revealed that Wilson had a bone bruise and a meniscus tear that does not require surgery. The timeline of Wilson’s return is 2-4 weeks, which would have him in time for the Jets season opener on September 11th.
