FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

West Haven, CT – The New York Sports Show is proud to announce its sponsorship of Chad Finchum and the No. 55 Joey Gase Motorsports Chevrolet for this weekend’s NASCAR O’Reilly Series race at EchoPark Speedway (formally known as Atlanta Speedway) for the Bennett Transportation & Logistics 250.

The race marks Finchum’s return to the NASCAR O’Reilly Series for the first time since competing in the 2024 Food City 300 at Bristol Motor Speedway. It will also be Finchum’s second-ever event with Joey Gase Motorsports, previously competing in the 2024 Darlington race with the team and finishing p26.

This racing weekend presents a weather challenge for the entire field. With no scheduled practice session and a 50% chance of rain for qualifying, teams are preparing for a unique starting lineup. Thanks to strong owners points, Finchum’s No.55 is locked in the field if qualifying is to be cancelled. Overall, a total of 39 drivers are entered for 38 starting positions.

For the New York Sports Show, this marks a significant milestone. This will be the second time the YouTube-based all-New York sports podcast has sponsored Chad Finchum and a car competing in one of NASCAR’s top three national series. The partnership with Finchum showcases the commitment and support that the New York Sports Show and CEO Dominic Konareski has in the Knoxville, Tennessee, native.

“We’re proud to be back with Chad as he makes his return to the O’Reilly Series,” said Dominic Konareski, “Chad makes the most of every opportunity given and I am honored to work with such a great driver.”

The New York Sports Show originally sponsored Chad earlier this year in the NASCAR Cup Series Bowman Gray clash where Finchum drove the Garage 66 Ford to a top-15 finish in the LCQ.

Both sponsorships with Chad have come via the associate slot, but unlike the clash sponsorship, this new one with JGM will feature the New York Sports Show logo on the bumper of the car as well.

The New York Sports Show logo can bee seen from both sides of the car, along with the bumper of the car in which it takes up the full rear of the car.

Fans can tune in this weekend as Chad Finchum straps into the No. 55 Chevrolet for a race start of 5:00 p.m. EST on Saturday, February 21st. This race weekend is a doubleheader for Trucks and O’Reilly, so the race start time is pending as to the finish of the truck series race, which is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. EST. The O’Reilly race can be viewed exclusively on The CW.
