Michael Beasley was drafted 2nd overall in the 2008 NBA Draft by the Miami Heat. Beasley's Knicks' career would start in 2017 when he signed with the team as a free agent.



On November 25, 2017, Beasley had a season-high 30 points starting in place of the injured Kristaps Porziņģis in a 117–102 loss to the Houston Rockets

A CAREER REVISIT

Michael Beasley played on the New York Knicks for just a lone season back in 2017/18. The 6-9' Power Forwardappeared in 74 games, 30 of which he started to average 22 minutes on the court.Beasley put up 13.2 ppg with a .507 FG% and 1.7 astpg, overall the then 9 year vet had one of the best seasons of his career since 2010/11 when he played on the Timberwolves. Beasley would then sign with the Los Angeles Lakers as a free agent, he would miss the majority of the 2018/19 season as he was with his sick mother. Michael Beasley would then be traded to the Clippers where he was waived two days later, leading him to be signed by the Nets, though that contracted was voided due to him contracting COVID-19. Michael Beasley currently plays basketball still in the Big3 league.
