For the first time since 2016, a New York Jets running back has eclipsed 1,000 yards in a season. It's been a decade since Chris Ivory’s outlier 1,070 yard 2015/16 season that marked his final year with the Green Team. Now, Breece Hall has become the most recent.

Hall sits at 1,065 yards with one game remaining. The fourth-year Jet has accomplished this feat after coming six yards short of 1,000 in 2023. Ivory hit his 1,070 mark in 247 attempts, as Hall’s 1,065 came in 243 attempts.

With one game remaining, it is unclear if the 3-13 Jets will play their starters against the 11-win Bills.
