The West Haven Blue Devils are now adding a new program to their already impressively large sports team resume as the Blue Devils now have a golfing team. It was announced on Monday, September 12th, that the school is adding a golf team for the 2022/23 school year sports season. Both men and women are eligible to join the team when the golfing season starts up. This also extends the West Haven v Notre Dame-West Haven rivalry to a new level as NDWH also has a golfing program. The home games will be played at Orange Hills and Steve Gettings is set for the head coaching job, according to sources. Golfing season for high school takes place around April as the Blue Devils will make their appearance on the green in 2023.
