Tonight may very well be one of the biggest nights that New York sports has had in a while. We will see both the New York Yankees and New York Knicks go to battle tonight in one of the biggest games of their respective seasons.

You have Juan Soto’s return to the Bronx as the Mets face the Yankees for the first subway series in 2025. Then about an hour later the Knicks will play under the lights of MSG in a potential game 6 clincher against the Celtics.

The Yankees (25-18) have dominated in the lethargic AL East early this 2025 season, as the Mets (28-16) are the third-best team in the NL.

The Knicks, who went up 2-0 in the semis’ currently hold a 3-2 series lead over the Boston Celtics. A win tonight will end a 25 year ECF absence.

You best believe that if we see both the Yankees and Knicks win tonight, New York will go crazy.

The Yankees-Mets game is set for a 7:05 pmEST first pitch as the Knicks-Celtics game is scheduled for an 8:00 pmEST tipoff.
