According to NetsDaily, Brooklyn wants to move their 19th overall selection into the lottery. The Nets are reportedly willing to package No.19 with forward Cameron Johnson to move into either 9th overall (held by Toronto Raptors) or into 10th (held by the Houston Rockets).

Johnson posted a .475 FG% in 57 games started in 2024/25, averaging 18.8 points, 4.3 total rebounds and 3.4 assists per game for Brooklyn in 31 minutes on average in those 57 games played.

The 6-foot-8, 29-year-old is coming off of a career-best season as he is set for a $22.5M cap hit to whichever team he will be on for the 2025 season.
