MLB Lockout Now In A Deadlock

The MLB Lockout started early December of 2021, it is now mid March of 2022 and both the MLBPA and the MLB Owners look to be in a deadlock. Already several series have been announced as canceled with no make up date(s) as the possibility of a 162-game season was thrown out of the window a long time ago. Most likely we will see a 100-120 game season the way negotiations are going, with the loss of money to both sides we will see a compromise. The biggest thing agreed on so far is the banning of the shift, a defensive tool for teams that many fans and players have spoken out against over the recent years. Once baseball comes back it will feature a new era, the question is just if it will be a good era or a bad era for the sport.
