Mets Get Gregory Soto In Prospect Trade With O's

Another Soto is coming to Queens. Earlier today, the New York Mets traded for Orioles’ Gregory Soto.

In exchange for Soto, New York is sending pitching prospects Wellington Aracena and Cam Foster. 

The 30-year-old lefty has posted a 3.96 ERA this season throughout 45 games and 36.1 innings this season for Baltimore. Overall a 4.24 career ERA in just over 350 innings has seen Soto struggle and be rather inconsistent up to this season.

This is looking to be more of a rental trade as Soto is signed through this season.
