The 130 win for the Yankees marked their biggest margin of a win since the 2009 season, the same season where they won the World Series. Cole went 7.2 innings of perfect baseball, this is the first time since 1961 that a team has put up consecutive perfect game bids of six innings or more, according to Elias Sports Bureau.
