Tommy DeVito went undrafted, now he may have a cemented spot on the New York Giants’ depth chart.
The 25-year-old has thrown from 453 yards with a 2-2 TD-INT ratio. He has gotten the bulk of preseason game playing time over set starter Daniel Jones and primary back-up QB Tyrod Taylor.
DeVito could make a solid argument for a QB2 spot on Big Blue; Tyrod Taylor is 34-years-old and hasn’t played meaningful football since 2017.
Taylor appeared in three games last season for New York, going 6-for-8 passing with a touchdown and interception. The 12-year vet only threw for 102 yards in Giants’ preseason play.
Tommy DeVito is currently listed as QB3, but expect him to get some snaps under center this season.
