Tomorrow is opening day at the historic Stafford Motor Speedway and the New York Sports Show will be on the track as we have our logo on several of the drivers cars. Lets take a look at who they are.
*NOTE- New York Sports Show may agree on multiple sponsorship agreements day of race, if so those teams/drivers will be in the recap.
SK Modified
Andrew Molleur no.35 - Andrew Molleur is going into his fourth season of racing at Stafford with hopes of a championship at the end.
Jonathan Puleo no.7 - Jonathan Puleo is making is Stafford SK Modified debut season after winning five races last year in their SK Light Division, he will be contending for Rookie of The Year.
Late Model
Dave Wray no.44 - Dave Wray is entering his 15th season at Stafford coming in the season with a lot of momentum after having strong finishes to end the 2020 season.
Adam Gray no.97 - Adam Gray won the Stafford Motor Speedway Late Model championship last season. Overall though he is a three time champion with a total of 22 wins.
Street Stock
Christopher Danielczuk no.94 - Christopher Danielczuk is the first driver the NYSS ever sponsored. With that said we will be on board with the seasoned veteran the entire season starting at opening day.
Nick Hovey no.16 - Nick Hovey is the 2020 Stafford Speedway Street Stock Rookie of The Year as he finished top five in the point standings. Hovey is looking for his first win of his SMS Street Stock career.
Kyle Johnson no.88 - Kyle Johnson raced his rookie season last year at Stafford, that was the first year he ever got into a racecar. He impressed many people and turned a lot of heads. Kyle looks to start his season off strong.
