Stafford Motor Speedway driver Nick Hovey went into tonight's race having a very dominating season up to this point with several top 3 and top 10 finishes. The 2020 Stafford Speedway Rookie of The Year came into this race p4 in the points standings (276) a total of 58 points back on the leader Frank L'Etoile Jr. Tonight it all changed, winning wise as the no.16 New York Sports Show Street Stock will end up in the historic Stafford Motor Speedway victory lane, getting his first career win!
With that win we have seen back-to-back first time winners in the Street Stock division as we continue to see first time winners at Stafford as a whole. This win also marks the first ever win for the New York Sports Show as we are the proudest sponsor of the Nick Hovey Racing Team!
