New York Moneyball Has Both MLB Teams Inside Top 10 For Franchise Value

Forbes recently released the top 10 Major League Baseball franchises based off of franchise value, among the list stood both New York teams. The New York Yankees were at number one of the list, being worth $5 billion the 27 time World Series Champions are the most valued franchise in baseball. The New York Mets came in just outside the top 5 in sixth place at a $2.65 billion, standing behind the $3.5 San Francisco Giants.
