Isaiah Hartenstein is entering his second season with the New York Knicks, in what is his sixth overall year in the league.
2022/23 featured the former 43rd overall pick having an underperforming year compared to his efforts in 2021/22 with the Lakers. The biggest stat line change was his points-per-game, which went from 8.3 with Los Angeles to 5.0 with New York.
Hartenstein also posted one of his worst seasons for assists (1.2 pg) and blocks (0.8 pg)
Appearing in all 82 games with the MSG team, Hartenstein only started in eight of them, averaging a career-high 19-minutes out on the court.
2023/24 could very well be a rebound year for the Centerman, who is ranked as New York’s second-string Center on the team’s depth chart.
