The West Haven Blue Devils went up against the Guilford Indians for the Devils home opener of the 2019/20 hockey season. This game was everything you want especially if you're a Devils fan. The Devils not only won, but they blew out the other team. The Devils embarrassed the Indians as they win in a 7-0 shutout, this win is one of the Devils biggest wins ever! The Devils did everything you wanted them to do, this was a game for the ages.
I've never seen so much talent stacked up on a team in my life. The Devils will go 1-0-0, the Indians will leave sobbing as they leave Bennett Rink 0-1-0. The Devils did not score till the second Period, but all game long the puck was in Guilford's territory as the Indians couldn't do anything to get going. Its not like the Indians are a bad team, they went 14-6-0 last season being in the top 5 in power rankings all season.
