Brian Daboll brought his offensive mindset over to the New York Giants when we was hired by the team over the offseason. In his first year in New Jersey he brought a 4-13 team to a 9-7-1 playoff team.
Daboll did wonders with the Giants and with that he is the 2022/23 NFL Coach of The Year.
Daboll spent time over in Buffalo with the Bills and developed Josh Allen into the machine he is now. Coming to the Giants, Daboll fixed Daniel Jones, making him look like a draft bust all the way to a possible MVP contender. The Daniel Jones success part is mainly the reason of the CoY award being to Brian Daboll, he did wonders with Big Blue and Danny J
