The Brooklyn Nets are falling back to earth in wake of the KD and Kyrie trades. Brooklyn once was a top three team in the east, now they are fighting to stay out of the play-in tournament.
The Nets are 3-7 in their last 10 games played, overall they have lost their last two-games straight. The slump has put Brooklyn in 5th place with a 34-26 record. They are tied with the Knicks but currently hold the position due to winning percentage (.567% vs .565%).
Brooklyn has come out of the all-star break as their own defensive nightmare, being outscored on average 130-107, through two games. In February, Brooklyn went 3-7, outscored 119-109, on average.
Nevertheless the Nets are safe for now, but if they continue this slump they will soon be fighting to keep their home-court advantage alive.
